We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 across the United States, and $8 shipping on all orders under $100. As per domestic shipping, all orders will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of purchase based upon credit verification and availability. Shipping times will vary depending on the locations. Depending on your location, availability of certain sizes and styles, orders may be allocated to different worldwide warehouses locations for shipping.
International Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders of $400+. A flat shipping fee of $22 for Canada, and $25 for rest of the world for orders under $400. As per international shipping, all orders will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of purchase, based upon credit verification and availability. Depending on your location, availability of certain sizes and styles, orders may be allocated to different worldwide warehouse locations for shipping.
Duties and Tariffs
When ordering from QUAINT from international locations, you may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. QUAINT is not responsible for any of these charges. It is customer's responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If the package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, QUAINT will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge. Please note that according to customs regulations, QUAINT cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
Incorrect Address
For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to QUAINT due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. QUAINT is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
